The desk is located in Terminal 1, Arrival Hall. It is very easy to find next to the baggage carousels.

Make your way to the Firefly/Hertz desk. Flight number mandatory.

Pick up instruction:  
Flight number mandatory - Customers without flight number please go to Terminal South - If you arrive to the South Terminal by train, please enter train details.

North Terminal: Terminal Building Floor 2. Vehicles should be returned in Car Park 6, level 2.

South Terminal: International Arrival Halls (after Customs once you have collected your luggage) - Parking and Return is to the right of the terminal building

Monorail available in the airport to transfer customer from North Terminal to South Terminal if North Terminal is closed.

Pick up instruction:  
All customers with confirmed bookings, please use the Car Rental Courtesy Bus. The Bus stop is located outside the Arrivals Hall:
* Terminal 1 & 4 - Bus stop 2;
* Terminal 3 - Bus stop 21;
* Terminal 5 - Bus stop 19.
Journey time is approximately 15 minutes for Terminal 1 & 3, 20 minutes from Terminal 4 and less than 10 minutes from Terminal 5. If you are returning your vehicle to Heathrow, please allow this time for your journey from the location to the Terminals. Please note that the transit time may be affected during peak hours.
